Mom's-to-be, Get Ready for their Little One!

English: Congratulations to the Childbirth Class graduates of the San Fernando Community Health Center! Preparing for childbirth is one of the first steps in getting ready for your little one.

Here are a few other parenting tips as you prepare for parenthood:

  1. Talk to your baby. This gives them comfort.
  2. Respond when they gesture for you. This develops their language.
  3. Take time cuddling your baby.
  4. Provide positive response to your baby.
  5. Take care of yourself. Your baby needs you to be mentally well and physically strong. Get the support you need.

  1. Hable con su bebé. Esto le da consuelo.
  2. Responda cuando hagan gestos por usted. Esto desarrolla su lenguaje.
  3. Tómese el tiempo abrazando a su bebé.
  4. Proporcione una respuesta positiva a su bebé.
  5. Cuídate. Tu bebé necesita que estés mentalmente bien y físicamente fuerte. Obtenga el apoyo que necesita.
