Whether you're preparing for a new school year, planning for the holidays or simply taking steps to stay well, now is the time to ensure every member of your family has access to essential healthcare services. These include routine doctor visits, prescriptions, immunizations, dental care and mental health support. Staying enrolled in a health plan helps protect you, your loved ones and the moments that matter most.

Check Your Enrollment

Taking time to review the status of your health insurance coverage can make a big difference. Even if you’ve had coverage like Medi-Cal, Medi-Care or Covered California in the past, your plan details, eligibility or renewal date may have changed. Checking your enrollment status—especially before the end of the year—can help you avoid any unexpected gaps in care.

It’s important for people of all ages to have current health coverage in place. You can create an online account to receive information on your Medi-Cal eligibility, update your personal information and renew your benefits by visiting BenefitsCal.com

We Are Here To Help

At SFCHC, we believe no one should have to navigate this process alone. Our dedicated community enrollment specialists are here to help you access and manage no- or low-cost health insurance benefits – so you and your family can stay healthy and feel secure at every stage of life.

Call our Outreach Enrollment Department at 818-963-5690 Ext 156.

Reviewing your benefits, and encouraging others to do the same, can bring peace of mind in the months ahead.
